About Us

Having spent over 30 years at NIAB, Cambridge, Richard Fenwick built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in variety evaluation and advice. After taking early retirement in 2004 he set up Richard Fenwick Variety Consultants to continue the provision of combinable crop variety information.

In 2006, in conjunction with a business colleague, he set up Cambridge Arable Technologies to provide practical information on variety advice and crop nutrition to its members though  trials grown at a central location in East Anglia.
